This was my fiancé’s and my second visit to Aspen Creek Grill. The first time, my filet was cooked perfectly, so we were excited to come back. We started with the Pow Wow Shrimp appetizer, which was delicious. Unfortunately, everything went downhill from there. We both ordered medium well filets with baked potatoes. Both steaks came out medium rare. I chose to eat mine despite it being undercooked, but my fiancé sent his back because it was still very rare. When it was returned, it had gone from undercooked to completely overcooked. The outside was charred black while the inside was dry and gray, making it nearly inedible. (See photos.) The baked potatoes were just as disappointing. They were so undercooked that parts of mine were still crunchy. Our server (Alex) handled the situation professionally and was genuinely apologetic. He spoke with the manager and did everything he could to make things right, so this review is not a reflection of his service. What was disappointing was the manager’s response. Rather than coming to our table to address the situation personally, we were simply told he apologized and our bill was reduced by $6.94 as a “goodwill” discount. After an appe

Had a family lunch at Aspen Creek and everything was wonderful. Thursday special is a full rack of ribs for $19.99 and they were fall-off-the-bone and very tasty! Salomon was our server and was excellent. We didn’t have to ask for anything because he constantly made sure we had what we needed and he is the one who recommended the rib plate to us. We will be back next time we are in town!

Everything about this place was amazing. The best food we’ve had in a long time for eating out. I would highly recommend going here. It was so good I couldn’t decide what to finish first. You gotta Try the queso. It’s goood.

Our server Bryan was very attentive. The food is delicious! It now our new favorite steak! Way way way better than Texas Roadhouse! The manager even came out to welcome us since this was our very first visit & even gave us a coupon for a free appetizer on our next visit.
